GPS Tracker

Privacy policy

This is the site-wide policy, which applies to GPS Tracker in full.

This policy explains how GPS Tracker handles personal information. It is short, because the answer to most questions is that no personal information is collected at all.

What we collect

Nothing. The apps published by Lustig Fairchild do not collect personal information, do not ask you to create an account, and do not require you to identify yourself in any way.

We operate no servers that receive data from the apps. There is no profile of you to request, correct or delete, because none is ever created.

Data you create in the app

Lists, cards, dates, settings and similar content stay on your device. Where an app offers iCloud syncing, that content moves between your own devices through your personal iCloud account, under Apple's terms, and is not visible to us.

Deleting an app removes its local data from that device in the usual way.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics and embeds no third-party scripts, fonts, tag managers or advertising pixels. Nothing on the site follows you across the web.

The apps contain no advertising identifiers, no attribution SDKs and no behavioural tracking.

Third parties

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, because we hold none.

Apps are distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple collects its own information as part of distribution, purchases and crash reporting, governed by Apple's privacy policy rather than this one. Where Apple provides aggregated, anonymised statistics to developers, they cannot identify an individual user.

Children

The apps are rated 4+ and are not directed at children under 13 in particular. Because no personal information is collected from anyone, the requirements of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) regarding the collection of children's data are not engaged.

Your rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR

The rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection all apply to personal data held about you. We hold no personal data about users of the apps, so there is nothing to disclose or erase. If you write to us, we keep your message only as long as it takes to answer you, and use it for nothing else.

California residents

Under CalOPPA and the CCPA/CPRA, residents of California have the right to know what personal information is collected, sold or shared. The answer here is: none, none and none. The apps can be used entirely anonymously, and offline.

We honour Do Not Track signals by default, in the sense that there is no tracking to disable.

Email

If you contact support, your email address and the contents of your message reach a personal mailbox. It is used to reply to you and for nothing else — no mailing list, no marketing, no CAN-SPAM commercial messages.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version will appear on this page with a new date. Material changes will also be noted in the app release notes.
